Embed Nodes

Embed nodes allow you to bring external content directly onto your board.

Webpage Embeds

Embed any website directly on your canvas:

1. Click the Webpage button in the control bar
2. Click on the canvas to place the node
3. Enter the URL of the website
4. The page will load within the node

Note

Some websites may block embedding due to their security settings.

YouTube Embeds

Add YouTube videos to your board:

1. Click the YouTube button in the control bar
2. Click on the canvas to place the node
3. Paste a YouTube URL or video ID
4. The video player will appear

Videos can be played directly on the board without leaving Flowboard.

Spotify Embeds

Add music and podcasts from Spotify:

1. Click the Spotify button in the control bar
2. Click on the canvas to place the node
3. Paste a Spotify track, album, or playlist URL
4. The Spotify player will appear

Resizing Embeds

All embed nodes can be resized:

• Drag the corners to resize proportionally
• Drag the edges to stretch in one direction

• Share external resources with the team
