Checklist Node
The Checklist node lets you create interactive task lists directly on your board.
Creating a Checklist
Section titled “Creating a Checklist”- Click the Checklist button in the control bar
- Click on the canvas to place the node
- Start adding tasks
Adding Tasks
Section titled “Adding Tasks”- Type a task and press Enter to add it
- Click the checkbox to mark a task complete
- Click on task text to edit it
Managing Tasks
Section titled “Managing Tasks”- Reorder - Drag tasks to reorder them
- Delete - Remove tasks you no longer need
- Complete - Click the checkbox to toggle completion
Customization
Section titled “Customization”Checklist nodes can be customized with:
- Background Color - Change the node’s background
- Border Color - Add a colored border

Section titled “Use Cases”- Action items from meetings
- Sprint task tracking
- Personal to-do lists
- Project milestones
- Daily standups
- Retrospective action items
