Do I need a monday.com account?

Features
Section titled “Features”Can multiple people edit a board at the same time?
Section titled “Can multiple people edit a board at the same time?”Yes! Flowboard supports real-time collaboration. Multiple users can edit the same board simultaneously, with live cursors showing where everyone is working.
What types of content can I add to a board?
Section titled “What types of content can I add to a board?”You can add:
- Text with rich formatting
- Simple labels
- Shapes (rectangles, circles, diamonds, etc.)
- Checklists
- Embedded websites, YouTube videos, and Spotify content
- Bookmarks
- Pomodoro timers
- Color pickers
- monday.com items
Can I embed any website?
Section titled “Can I embed any website?”Most websites can be embedded, but some sites block embedding for security reasons. If a site doesn’t embed, you can add it as a bookmark instead.
Are my boards saved automatically?
Section titled “Are my boards saved automatically?”Yes, Flowboard automatically saves your work as you make changes. You’ll see a sync indicator showing when changes are being saved.

Section titled “monday.com Integration”How do I add monday.com items to my board?
Section titled “How do I add monday.com items to my board?”Open the sidebar, navigate to Items, and drag any item onto the canvas. You can also search for specific items.
Do changes in monday.com update on my board?
Section titled “Do changes in monday.com update on my board?”Yes, items on your Flowboard maintain a live connection to monday.com. Status changes and updates will reflect on your board.
Can I access all my monday.com data?
Section titled “Can I access all my monday.com data?”You can access items, docs, users, teams, groups, workspaces, folders, views, subitems, and updates through the sidebar.
Technical

Section titled “What browsers are supported?”Flowboard works on modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
Does Flowboard work offline?
Section titled “Does Flowboard work offline?”Flowboard requires an internet connection for real-time collaboration and syncing. Some functionality may be limited when offline.

- Check your internet connection
- Try refreshing the page
- If using Brave or a privacy-focused browser, disable shields for the site
- Contact support if issues persist
